After the military housing was refurbished, combined with some additional homes, the first expansion was Windrush Park.
Then in 2013 by Victory Fields, which significantly doubled the size of the village by 368 homes.
Most recently Kendrick Homes have infilled near the Shopping Centre on Mitchell Way (5 homes) and near Wellington Road (10 homes).
Piper Homes added Royal Gardens which incorporated a further 26 homes.
